I am really disappointed to say that in this hotel that your personal possessions are not safe even when using the room safe.we have just found out that after returning to our home country after some one attempted to use our credit card to purchase over 200000 baht worth of goods. There was considerable construction work going on for the duration of our stay and we were not for warned nor offered any alternative or compensation. So very sad as every where else we stayed in Thailand was amazing. We had nothing but kindness during our month stay throughout Thailand. We love Thailand and it’s amazing people just not this hotel. So very sad.

The first room I was given had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close all the way. The staff was very kind to quickly move me to another room and included a free upgrade as well. However, the phone in this room didn’t work and one of the towels was riddled with holes. Once pointed out to staff however, quick resolutions were provided again. The breakfast included a variety of cuisines but the options were limited and the chef for the eggs was often missing from the station with many dishes being refilled belatedly. Overall the property is aesthetic

Very close to Thong Lor BTS! Staff was amazing! I really loved this place. The parking wasnt great, but thats the case with most places in BKK. The rooms were a little outdated, but very clean and well maintained. I really loved the location as its tucked away on a back road. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want something a little further away from the busy parts of BKK.

For the price the staff and cleanliness were really good. My only bad thing I have to say is the night club near reception is noisey so if you do stay ask to be away from the night club end especially if you have kids.
