Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation.
