Excellent hotel to stay in close to the airport. My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Check-in is super easy. Great airport pick up & return for free. The hotel staff is very well organized. My room was super nice - big room, very comfortable bed - very clean room & hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great varieties of fresh food. I will use this hotel again.

Beautiful resort

Hotel was beautiful. We only stayed for a night because we had a connecting flight the following morning to Phuket. We arrived near 1am and staff was ready to serve when we arrived. This hotel is NOT in walking distance from the airport and requires a shuttle to hotel (~20min, but wait for shuttle was 45min).

Hotel close to airport, nice breakfast. Hotel looks lovely from outside but rooms dated and the room we had booked (2 bedroom suite on 3rd floor) had a very strong smell of either paint or solvent/spirit coming through the vent. Smell so strong it gave us all headaches after being in it for half an hour. Staff are aware of issue (apparently coming from building work on floor above) which begs the question why they would put guests in it in the first place. We were then moved to two separate rooms one of which had blood stains on the bed sheet under the tucked in duvet. No real apology for this. They changed the sheet but not nice to deal with as you are climbing into bed after a day of travelling. The location is convenient for the airport and breakfast is nice, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Had breakfast and found a piece of metal in my cereal. Spoke to a member of staff and she check the machine that dispense the cornflakes and the metal came from that. Further bits fell off while she was talking to me.
