A great little hotel that is clean and comfortable. The shuttle from BKK is confusing, as it is for all hotels with BKK shuttles. Skip that use a ride service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a very good near BKK hotel.

The room smelled bad and the over all impression was not at all what you would expect at an upscale hotel. Ther pool was noisy due to traffic and the gym was cramped with equipment so there was no space for yoga/stretching, though well equipped. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The trip organisers were very selling but not that helpful to meet our actual needs and we felt misunderstood. The regular hotel staff was friendly and service minded. Yes we were more picky with this hotel, since high cost must meet higher standards.
