Not great. Check in very slow. Awful service in restaurant (and all the food was cold). Room wasn't as clean as should be. Someone had written 'clean me' in tbe dirt on the windows! Wifi didnt work in room. Despite knowing about issues on first night hotel did nothong. We tried yo get a drink on second night and service was so slow we left!

My 3rd stay at this hotel. It will be my last... I booked this hotel as on previous bookings there has been an on site spa.. this I found out no longer exists. Appears the hotel has been changed about since my previous stay with reception etc being relocated. The breakfast spread we enjoyed and it wasn’t full of children when we had breakfast which was pleasant. There’s a pool available, the rooms themselves are comfortable. Now this hotel is a ebookers vip hotel. Quiet disappointed with this because the hotel staff didn’t really seem to know even when I mentioned it, (I had 2 separate bookings within 5 days) and the experience between what would be received was inconsistent one visit I got a 15% off food voucher and the next didn’t receive anything. The “room upgrade” was not an upgrade and I didn’t receive any pics welcome drink which was mentioned in my booking itself. I have stayed at other hotels previously in Bangkok and moving forward I will go back to them, I stayed here due to the previous experiences I have had and the vip benefits however vip in this case turned out to be disappointing. Location however is great to MBK, train etc. We used the equivalent of uber to get around in Bangkok the app is called GRAB and is much cheaper than local taxis as the rates are confirmed upfront with no need to barter or pay extra being a tourist also the in app chat translates to English from Thai. Recommend picking up a local thai sim at the airport on arrival.

Nice hotel with the perfect location. The sky train is really good to travel a little bit longer distances. The pool area and the gym are really nice and the view from the rooftop bar was beautiful! :)
