Hard to find this hotel, it is situated inside the area of markets. Taxi was hard up looking for it then dropped us far. We spend an hour walking in circle asking for direction . Called the hotel and the lady sound not happy, disgusted explaining where to go etc. Finally a vendor brought us to the hotel check in, lady staff insisted i should upgrade my room because we are 3. I explained i booked the room for family of 3 which is more expensive than the other rooms. I replied in that case i have to call Expedia. Guy listening talked to her in their language and i heard he mentioned Expedia.. Expedia..etc . then they said ok. Room is ok, no fridge. Aircon not as cold as it can be. Shower is very weak, literally you have to hold shower inorder to get wet. Cockroaches noted inside room and bathroom but hotel is located Central where cockroaches are everywhere. Location is good if you are shopping for business pr shopping inexpensive. Staff are nice to let the customers weigh and pack their items at the main floor. Street foods everywhere around the hotel. Staff as days go by were nicer as we approached them first with positiveness. If you are in Bangkok to buy and sell, this is a good location for u.

our stay was amazing. the hotel is in a good location central to everythinh and close to food and shopping. the staff were also very nice and accommodating. we will definitely come back here!

For short trip I may stay again

I'm stay total 4night unfortunately there is 2night leak of water supply, luckily boss management did arranged the water but have to wait the timing which it no convenient at all. Location ok but the room soundproof very poor.

Good hotel except for some unknown noise

We stay at rm 301 for our 1st nite.everything was fine except for some noise fr outside as the hotel is within a very busy street with many roadside stalls. Perfect for ppl who like to eat supper as there are many food stalls just outside the hotel. After our return fr Khao Yai,we continue to stay for 3 more nites and we were give rm 401. These 3 nites were terrible! Every night we can hear very loud noise of ppl dragging chairs or furniture follow by heavy footsteps in the middle of the night and it kept us awake most of the time. We feedback to the counter staff on the second nite but they say their staff don’t do cleaning in the middle of nite and says will chk it out for us. However, we do not get any reply fr them and the noise continue on our last nite stay. So who create these noises？？？wonder whether other hotel stayer encounter these noise too?However,the plus pt is the hotel is consider relatively new and Housekeeping wise is still ok and staff are quite friendly. If not for the noise, we would consider this hotel again. Another thing to highlight is no phone in the hotel rm and the tv only hv 1 channel for Thailand news.

Onlly 1 room key is available and only one lift to serve all the floors ( hvebto wait quite sometime for the lift ). Make up room only after 5.00 pm. Only 2 bottles of mineral water (no coffee or tea provided). Only 1 pc of clothes hanger and no safe in room as stated. Water leaking quite badly from the water heater.

Just a feedback on the fridge

Maybe can improve on the electricty part. When i go out upon remove the key card, electricity is cut off to save energy. I do understand. I hope the fridge is working even though i left the room as i couldnt store fruits in fridge. Power cut off for fridge too. Overall nice hotel.

Close to Ratchaprarop airport railway. Staff were polite. Staff got busy thus neglected cleaning our room. Ono toiletries in bathroom. Can be better. Overall experience, not bad.
