Room ok. Reception a little offputting.

Room was ok. Bur reception asking ro sign so many agreements was unpleasant. Why not combine into one form?

Opportunity to improve

Service: the guard was the only person that greeted me. The receptionist was pretty much quiet until he told me that I would have to wait until 2pm to go to my room. I understand that checkin starts at 2 , but I got the feeling that the room was ready way before that. I’m also not a fan of the key deposit. They have my cc info

Large room overlooking Asoke Mondri Road. Nice hot shower, big fridge, quiet aircon, large bed, Room safe. Free coffee machine in lobby. Lift. We would stay again. Some people might not like the sound of traffic but for me this was not a problem.

Convenient and clean hotel close to nightlife

Fairly new hotel so facilities and rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Toilets and showers are good, with good water pressure. For the price, this is an excellent value very close to night life. Literally 200 meters from Soi Cowboy and 300 meters from Asoke train station / underground. Lots of nice restaurants further down the street and on the next soi 23. Three 7/11's within a 2 min walk. A bank with mutiple ATM's a few mins away on soi 23. No frills like pool and gym, but cannot be expected at this price point. All rooms are non-smoking. Guest friendly ;) Only drawback is poor wifi. Modems are on floors 1,3,5 and located near the elevator. On the 5th fl, if you are in room 501, 502, or 505, you should get decent data speeds while rooms 503 and 504 will only allow basic messaging and maybe surfing. This applies to all floors since layout is the same. I asked and got a room near the modem so you should do the same.

Internet did not work for +/- 24 hours

I was expecting to work on my computer during my stay, but that was not possible as the internet did not work for close to 24 hours... it appears that the problem was a router that got wet because of a water pipe burst the day before... the fact that it took them 24 h to replace the router is difficult to understand... obviously they dont really care about their guests, so i would not stay there again. Check-in was also slow and i had wait till 2pm to get into my room, after filling a form with name, address, etc... i don't like that. once i got into the room, there was no running water and no internet.... Otherwise the room is comfortable

Good location can't hide sub par hotel

This hotel is in a great location. It's a 5-minute walk from BTS and Terminal 21. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Outside of that, I can't say many great things about the hotel. The TV didn't work, you can't get hot water from the sink faucet and there were cracks in the wall. The WiFi wasn't strong or consistent. There are many other hotels where you can get more bang for your buck.

excellent location

in room visitor friendly. holds visitor ID to ensure safety. New hotel so everything works well, but rooms were not 100% finished at the time of my stay. Hotel is so new taxi drivers don't know it. Easy walk to skytrain and subway. No safe in room. Good staff. Powerful aircon.

Nice room and nice place to stay

The room is actually really clean. Everything is close by asoke. The only problem I had was the room shakes cause of the subway underground but it's a small shake

Comfortable and clean

Not sure about this hotel whether being renovated or not. Room quite big. Seems old in parts however the room was clean, did not smell. Bed seemed new. Linen and towels good. Had a comfortable sleep. Airconditioning good

Good value

The hotel's location is very good, being close to both MRT and BTS. Convenience stores and restaurants are close as well. It is a new hotel, so the condition is quite good. These days, Wifi has become very important. They seem to have routers on Floors 1, 3, 5. I was on floor 2. Although the signal showed good strength, I was getting poor response from the sites I was visiting. When I sat downstairs by the reception, I didn't have a problem with the WiFi. Management should look into this. I am giving this a 4* rating although my gut feel is to go with 3* due to the WiFi issues. I am giving them the benefit of doubt, but management should go with a fiber connection that is available in Bangkok. If WiFi does not improve, then I will not be staying here and won't recommend it.

พนักงานน่ารัก สถานที่ตั้งดีใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าเดินไม่ไกลเท่าไร สะอาด เงียบ เช็คเอาท์แล้วฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้ โดยส่วนตัวแล้วประทับใจจะกลับมาพักอีก ยกเว้นนิดหน่อยคือไม่มีกาแฟในห้องแต่มีไว้ข้างล่างให้ลงไปเอาเองตอนเข้ามาไม่ได้สังเตุเลยไม่ได้กินกาแฟตอนเช้า มาสองคนมีผ้าเช็ดตัวชุดเดียวต้องใช้ด้วยกัน เน็ตไม่แรงสัญญาณไม่ค่อยดี
