Very basic condo hotel

Very basic condo hotel with large condominium where they have converted couple apartments for hotel use. Building is ok kept but for example our room had dirty towels hanging in the closet (new clean ones on the bed though) The area where the hotel is located is not the nicest and the locals warned about walking especially alone after dark.

Nice hotel close for tourist in Bangkok. there were great customer service on days and nights. Boat to watt pro and ... it very nice with no traffic and only cost of 15 bath person and the bus as well.

Do not stay here under any circumstances

Terrible staff had no idea who hotel.com was no understanding of printed booking form absolutely no interest in serving us luckily my wife's sister speaks Thai and had to become angry to get them to show any interest then they tried to give us a cheap room when I had paid for a premium room

โรงแรมราคาไม่แพง ภาพรวมโอเค ใกล้กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

ไปถึง รร. C/I ตอนเที่ยงคืนกว่า แต่ออฟฟิศของทาง รร. ปิดแล้ว มีแต่ลุง รปภ. อยู่ด้านล่าง และเขาก็ไม่ทราบว่าจองกับทาง Hotels.com มา จึงได้แสดงใบเสร็จการจองให้ดู ลุง รปภ. จึงเปิดห้องให้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องติดต่อเจ้าของ รร. เลย จึงเป็นการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ได้ดีมากๆครับ สภาพห้องที่ได้กว้างขวาง มีโทรทัศน์ ตู้เสื้อผ้า โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง โต๊ะรับประทานอาหารและเก้าอี้ พร้อมน้ำดื่มให้ 3 ขวด แต่แจ้งกับทาง Hotels.com ว่าต้องการ double bed แต่กลับได้ twin bed แทน พื้นห้องมีฝุ่นเล็กน้อย แอร์เย็นสบายแต่มีเสียงดังจาก condenser air ด้านนอกตอนเปิดใช้งาน ในห้องน้ำไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น มีสบู่ก้อน ไม่มีแชมพูให้ แต่มีครีมนวดผม ซึ่งต้องการแชมพูมากกว่า มี WIFI แต่ไม่รู้ว่า user และ password คืออะไร จึงไม่ได้ใช้งาน ในช่วงเช้าหลังจาก C/O มีฝนตกเล็กน้อยๆ ผมจึงขอยืมร่มกับทางพี่ผู้หญิงที่ร้านซักอบรีดเพื่อไปทำธุระที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุข พี่เขาให้ร่มกับผมไปเลยโดยไม่ต้องเอามาคืนก็ได้ จึงเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ประทับใจมากๆครับ และขอขอบคุณมา ณ ที่นี้อีกครั้งครับ
