Clean and spacious room. Staffs were very polite and friendly. Airport shuttle pick up was rather confusing and lack of communication. We would prefer a way to contact hotel , ie Whatsapp or a hotel sign where to meet the bus with schedule pickup times. End up have to take a taxi to hotel instead.

This is a very nice hotel with the most attentive staff I've ever seen. They even gave me a boxed breakfast/lunch that was so helpful for a 14 hour flight. The hotel grounds are nicely done and it's hard to believe you are in the city. I would definitely stay here again!
