The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was really good. Unfortunately the communication before the stay regarding the airport shuttle transfer (which seems to be an issue for a lot of guests in reading previous reviews), and no clear meeting point for this transfer means the shuttle collection needs significant improvement. I travel a lot and connect with a lot of airport shuttles but this was impossible, the directions given by the hotel staff useless, and in the end we had to get a taxi. Great option for an airport layover if you are happy to not have the benefit of the transfer from the airport to the hotel
