My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. It was a special stay for myself and my partner, and I was in touch with the hotel early on making arrangments. The guest relations team with Pim in particular being amazing to work with. She truly helped make the stay a special one. The suite had amazing views, with an extremely comfortable bed. Living room was well furnished and we always had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with staff being very efficient with any requests. A lot of variety with dishes changing daily. Spa was extremely relaxing, wished I had time for more treaments.

Lovely room and service. The only bad experience was a bit of abruptness from lady at cincierge desk when we were asking a question. It felt like she was fed up with tourists. Otherwise we had a great stay.
