The staff was amazing. The lroperty is well designed and clean. The one issue was water leakage. I was on the 29th floor and my room had water leaking from the wall. My friends room, down the hall, had water leaking from the AC vent. To their defense, we were hit with a major wind and rain storm while there, which damaged the rooftop pool area. I think the water leak may have been caused by the storm. Staff was quick to respond and clean uo the water. Didn't have any othe rissues. Breakfast was fantastic. The area is close to 2 shopping malls, walking distance. That was convenient because i found some great food and some clothing. The local street shops have a lot to offer at very low prices as well. There is also a 7-11 in front of the hotel, on the road, so that was super convenient. Nice staff in 7-11 as well.

I gave 5 stars because of the price. It’s got a great rooftop pool. Great lounge areas. Very clean gym on the top floor also. Not a legit full service gym. But very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The price was amazing to me for under forty usd a night. Very comfy bed. 2 negatives. No control of room temperature. Quite cold. The area is a bit far away from the best areas. Good deal

I loved the location,and the staff is impeccable. Palmy and her crew are so pleasant. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear but no dealbreakers. The shower had a minor issue with temperature control and the door was a bit uneven and loose. Again, I would stay here all over again. I loved it.

Wonderful stay and great service

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I had a very good stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and even arranged and paid for a taxi to the train station for me after I missed the shuttle bus, which had departed just five minutes earlier. The only drawback is the location. The surrounding area lacks restaurants and convenient transportation, and it’s a bit far from central Bangkok. Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and exceptional service.
