Poor maintenance and service

Terrible wifi connection and no action has been taken even after informed the front desk. The hallway is way too dark and you can also smell the odor from the carpet. Will not come back again.

Don’t bother to book there…

The room wasn’t properly cleaned… The ac was full of dust. Although it was stipulated on the warning note for the annual electricity verification; their elevators were not working when I needed to go down from the 21th floor!

Outside of property does not appear so inviting but my room was quiet and spotless . Aircon and shower worked fine. TV old but not stay in room for this with so many things to do and eat around here.

Less than 10 mins walk to BTS and shopping mall. Have 711 store very near. Look like old hotel but was comfortable. Have bath tub but no toothbrush provided. Have spa onsite. Room was clean daily.
