Staffs are very friendly and polite in this country. Our stay here was exceptional, and the spacious apartment was greatly appreciated by my family. The location is highly convenient, with a walk to the BTS station taking approximately 8 to 10 minutes, and close proximity to the Erawan Shrine, Centralworld, and Big C.

I had a very pleasant stay at Urbana Langsuan. The location is convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff (San) and doormen were friendly and helpful. A comfortable hotel with good facilities. The staff here are very honest. This is my fourth stay, and during my second visit, I accidentally left my passport and money at the hotel room . I called, and the reception staff immediately arranged a reliable driver and brought them to me at the airport. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

It was nice stay in Urbana Langsuan Hotel. The kitchen was closed so I need to go out to eat. There is no pool attendant at swimming pool, no towels available, jacuzzi was out of order. Rest was fine.

Great hotel, Great location great staff! This lobby and rooms had the feel of a VIP resort service level! The staff are truly seconded to NONE! From being greeted from our taxi with the car door being opened to bags being carried for us! They do have laundry services and complementary detergent at front desk! Airport shuttle wasn’t offered but they helped us arrange taxi! Loaded our bags into the taxi! Have an amazing edges rooftop pool! On the 35th floor! This is a must book so much to see in Bangkok, this was truly a beautiful place to come home each night!
