We really enjoyed our stay at the Saga Hotel. Very clean rooms, good quality, upscale feel, and amazing service from the hotel staff. They were extremely busy during the peak time but still maintained good attention to all guests. We also ate at the restaurant, which had amazing breakfast - next level in terms of choices and quality of food. We were catered to really well for our dietary restrictions by the chef (Tum), who was very considerate in arranging for gluten free options for me. Oh, and the chocolate buffet at 3:00 pm was the highlight for us. We really enjoyed the variety and the taste.

i stayed twice during my transit through bangkok. i loved it! the staff were absolutely amazing, especially the lady in the restaurant. they had a new drink menu, the ‘better than your ex’ was delicious. the food was amazing. the room was gorgeous (i didn’t have a view of anything during either stay but the staff and food made up for it). 24h room service is a delight when you want a late snack. the bedding was so comfortable. would definitely stayed again and recommend

Had a great stay, what made this hotel so good was the excellent staff, every songle one was happy, room was good and clean, breakfast was good, joe who worked the resteraunt was an outstanding member of staff, he when beyond to take care of all the customers, a true assett to this hotel, realy made my familys stay so enjoyable, location was good the only downside for us was the swimming pool being in the shade so was cold,, but this is the only negative from out 4 night stay,, thank you valia hotel and joe for a great stay..

Overall a nice hotel where the main positives are due to the staff (especially the doormen) and also the complimentary shuttle to and from emporium/EmSphere which was convenient. Rooms were also very spacious, but I found that several power outlets in the room did not work or the outlet plate was set on top of holes that did not lead anywhere so I ended having to charge my devices where the kettle is normally plugged. The breakfast was OK - decent variety but the quality was very average. Another thing to note is that this hotel is not close to major tourist attractions like the Grand Palace, Wat Arun etc so if you intend to do a lot of those sorts of activities, it will be an almost 1 hr grab ride each way.

The family suite can sleep up to 5 people. But only 1 toilet. Food was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Taste very nice. Welcome drink at the reception changes everyday. Very refreshing
