I had a pleasant stay overall—the service was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow. The receptionists seemed unorganized, and it felt like there was no proper system in place. Even though I checked in late and checked out early, both processes took much longer than expected. If they can improve efficiency at the front desk, it would make the experience much smoother.

Our room had a great view of the city with the balcony that we really enjoyed. The staff are incredibly focussed on ensuring we had the best day possible room was very modern and clean, and the bed is comfortable. They kept our luggage free of charge for over two weeks while we explored Thailand. Great experience at this hotel.
