Stayed one night here—over $200 for a room that wasn’t even clean. Found old food in the fridge, called the desk, they shrugged it off like ‘just toss it outside.’ No apology, no discount. Pet fee was supposed to be $50 via Expedia; they hit us with $75 plus a random $50 incidentals. Breakfast? Two prices ($10 and $15) for the same buffet, no explanation, ended up paying $37 for soggy eggs and weak coffee. Not worth it.

There was a kids' sports team that took over the hotel. It was wilder than any frat party I'd ever been a part of. The parents were cheering the team on as my 6 year old was terrified in the pool - it was like a constant barrage of waves. Hard to convey that because it was so loud you couldn't communicate it d. I went to the front desk and they acted surprised. What a disappointment. Wasn't worth the extra bucks. Can't tell you how I feel about breakfast. I was disgusted enough.

Everything was sooo clean and we got the temperature set to a perfect one and the tv was magical and the FOOD THE FRIES ARE SOOO GOOD BEST FRIES and the salad I had was top tier an the breakfast Buffet they were cleaning the pool the second and last night of our stay so were not able to use it or the spa because the pool was done but we mainly wanted to be in the spa anyways we are literally booking for Valentine’s Day because I slept sooo good and loved it

Clean room & responsive staff who vacuumed when i left a note asking for vacuuming everyday. Loved the dining area/ restaurant as thwre were no nearby places to eat that were open in winter.
