Passed in my keys at 3.30 for a flight which got cancelled during boarding. Called into the front desk who said I could come back and get a few more hours of sleep and extended check out by an hour. Was beyond grateful that they were so understanding and helped alleviate a problem they didn't even cause!!

1st-Stop lying about the amenities this hotel has! There is NO restaurant or pool but despite being told this over many years you continue to say it has these amenities. You aren’t the one on the receiving end of the angry customers who paid for the amenities that HAVEN’T EXISTED FOR YEARS!! 2nd-they are NOT set up for online check in so I wasted my time filling this all in when I could have been on the road to my family after experiencing a death in the family

Rooms are huge and comfy beds, just the "breakfast included" consisted of a Banana yogurt sandwich.....not even sure what that is, so we ate at McDonalds. Other than that, this is a very nice, clean place 👌

The hotel was clean and the hallway smelled very nice. The rooms were very clean. It gave a safe feeling and it was very convenient to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
