Enjoy the views of the lake vista and wildlife at this brand new hillside home located just outside of Bangor on Pushaw Lake. Loons, eagles and other waterfowl can often be seen. The home, just completed in 2024, is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens, and open concept living and dining rooms. It also features a beautiful wrap around deck overlooking the lake with gorgeous sunrises. The neighborhood has a small town country feel, yet the local shopping is a short 6-10 miles away in the Bangor/Orono area and features several restaurants, the University of Maine, The Cross Center, Hollywood Slots, and Waterfront Concerts. It is also centrally located and just a short day drive South to the Downeast area and Acadia National Park or North to Baxter State Park. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am
