Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Banja Luka or surrounding area. Rooms are really clean and nicely done. Breakfast that was included in the price of the room was also amazing. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Thank you Vila Viktorija for a pleasant stay!

The staff is well organized. I like that they bring fruit into the room every day so that they remind me how important it is to think about health and the quality of nutrition. I like the view of the old orchard from the room, which is used by neighbors with children and brightens the environment. I like the idea with the shoe shine machine in the hotel lobby. They show care for their guests even when it is not expected, because every morning they packed breakfast for me to take even though I did not ask them to do so. A hairdryer with a motor and heaters on the wall is a rarity in hotels, but it shows that they plan and think about the safety and comfort of their guests. The only things I recommend to improve are the intercom and the balcony door of the room I stayed in. I recommend this hotel.

Everyone at this hotel was exceptional! The manager went above and beyond as well as the restaurant staff. Food was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely go back!

Very nice and comfortable rooms, great breakfast included. A few kilometers outside of Banja Luka, but as long as you know that, it is convenient stop between Sarajevo and Zagreb. Just make sure you set your GPS for the town of Laktasi, not Banja Luka.

The stay was very good, great hotel, breakfast outstanding, included in cost. Read online that hotel was 3.5kms from Banja Luka but it actually is about 11kms from Centar.
