WAKE UP TO GRANDFATHER MOUNTAIN. EVERY SINGLE DAY.
There are plenty of condos at Sugar Top Resort. But The Broken Antler isn't just any unit — it's a Citadel-section residence, the quieter, more private wing of the building with its own dedicated lobby, its own elevator, and a calm that the rest of the resort simply can't offer. Your views? Straight to Grandfather Mountain, one of the most iconic peaks in the Blue Ridge.
This is the mountain escape you've been looking for.

THE CITADEL DIFFERENCE
Sugar Top has two wings. Most guests stay in the main building. Citadel guests enjoy something different: a separate, private lobby — a beautifully appointed space just for Citadel residents and their guests — and a dedicated elevator that means no crowded hallways, no waiting, no noise from the rest of the resort.
It's the privacy of a boutique property with the amenities of a full resort. Best of both worlds.

FOUR SEASONS OF FUN
WINTER (December – March): Peak season. Ski and snowboard at Sugar Mountain Resort. Snow tube at Hawksnest. Ice skate on the outdoor rink. Soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. This is mountain winter living at its finest.
SPRING (April – May): Wildflowers, waterfalls, and uncrowded trails. Linville Falls and Linville Gorge are stunning. The elevation keeps temps mild when the piedmont is already hot. Visit Grandfather Mountain, the highest mountain in the Blue Ridge. Check out the "mile high swinging bridge!"
SUMMER (June – August): One of the best-kept secrets in the Southeast — Sugar Mountain in summer. Average highs in the mid-70s when Charlotte and Raleigh are sweltering. Hiking, biking, zip-lining, gem mining, golf, and cool evenings on the balcony.
FALL (September – November): Fall foliage at elevation peaks in mid-October and is absolutely spectacular. October weekends book fast — reserve early.
