No soap or shampoo in the showers. No sponges to wash dishes. No coffee maker just a dirty K Cup machine. All pots/pans/etc, just thrown in cupboards and drawers. Felt like very little effort goes in to hosting guests.

Place was decently clean for a ski rental - sheets and beds were crisp and furniture was in good shape. There were plenty of towels which was nice. The floor in the master needed sweeping and mopping. Heat was nice and warm I like how each room has its own heater. Check in and out was a little of a pain since you have to pick up and drop off keys at a separate location. I could never get the tv in the master to work but not a deal breaker for us since we were there only one night - would be nice to have more instructions for the three remotes lying there by each tv. The hot water heater was only good for one shower. And the stairs are treacherous I fell but shame on me for carrying too much and not holding on. All in all it was decent better than a hotel for sure I would stay here again.
