Tucked away on Beech Mountain, Dogwood Retreat at Beech is a cozy spot for families and friends to enjoy mountain adventures all year long. You're just 0.9 miles (a 4-minute drive) from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, where winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. In the warmer months, enjoy scenic lift rides, mountain biking, and disc golf—all nearby. The property also features a direct connection to the Upper Pond Creek Trail for easy hiking access. Additionally, Buckeye Lake Recreation Area is only 3.8 miles away for fishing, tennis, and a beautiful waterfall trail. When you're ready to explore further, the charming town of Banner Elk is just 20 minutes away with attractions like the local winery and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster.

When it's time to unwind, relax in the inviting living room where comfortable couches surround a gas fireplace and TV. The open layout flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table and additional seating at the breakfast bar—ideal for family meals and game nights.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, fire up the gas grill, or share a picnic at the outdoor table. In the yard, an inviting decorative steel fire bowl sets the scene for s'mores and starlit conversations.

The main level features a queen bedroom with a TV and a full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a shared full bath—plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 15 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
