This 3-bedroom townhome is located in the amazing town ofBanner Elk. It is perfect for your escape to the mountains. Each bedroom features a cozy king bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. There is a half bath on the main level and a whole bathroom on the second level that has a tub and shower.

In the master bathroom, you will have a jetted bathtub and shower, you'll feel pampered during your stay. There is an open deck on the main floor with a rolling bar and sitting area as well as a barbecue and on the second level there is an open deck with lounger chairs and 2 other chairs with a lovely table. You will have a lovely view of the mountains in Banner elk. Oh, by the way, there is a little coffee bar with a coffee maker and a small refrigerator in the master bedroom for your pleasure. You will love the village of Banner elk, the mountains and surrounding area. Again, it doesn’t get better than this for convenience and location and the home itself.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Lees-McRae College. Features include laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as a jetted tub and 2.5 bathrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Try and make it easier for us to set up the property for the next visitors. Please place trash and the two cans that are in the garage.
If you have a lot of trash, there is a convenience site about 2 miles down 105 to the right go down the road at rustiks. At the end of that road. Closed sundays & weds.
Please only one small pet. 30 pounds or less. No smoking on the premises please. It is a smoke free property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a find! Walk to restaurants and shops. Super clean with any amenity you’d need. Can’t believe we found this somewhat late and just a great place. Great communication and flexibility from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.
