Located less than 10 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Sugar Mountain, and just 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk for shopping and dining, Grandview Haven offers convenience and comfort, with mini-split air conditioning and baseboard heating for year-round comfort. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. Guests can log into their personal streaming accounts or watch live TV on Spectrum. Winter travelers should prepare for inclement weather with 4WD/AWD vehicles and tire chains, which may be necessary to access this home at an elevation of nearly 5,000 feet.

Please note that this property is NOT pet-friendly and has a strict NO-PET POLICY. Due to severe allergies, the homeowner enforces this policy, which includes adherence to ADA rules regarding service animals. Consequently, guests with Emotional Support Animals are NOT permitted. If you bring a pet, there will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500.

For security reasons, a few exterior cameras monitor the roadway; however, they do not monitor any outdoor living spaces.
