Dandelion Lane Cabin is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. This modern cabin is perfect for peaceful getaways or active escapes. Skiing at both Sugar & Beech Mtn are nearby, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking & snow tubing. If you crave something quieter, we have wineries, quaint mountain towns to explore or porch rocking chairs to relax in. Enjoy mountain views from the back deck with glorious fall colors, chill in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit with marshmallows.

Our driveway is steep. During winter months, four wheel/all wheel drive and/or snow chains will be required/

Nearby attractions are numerous - ranging from Grandfather Mountain with its mile high swinging bridge to quaint mountain towns begging to be explored. Zoom thru the trees on a mountain alpine coaster or test your limits white water rafting. Wineries and breweries offer tastings, music and mountain views.

We supply a starter kit including toilet paper, paper towels, small bath soaps, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and usage.

4 Wheel/All Wheel Drive and possibly snow chains may be necessary in winter months. No refunds will be given if your vehicle is unable to access the mountain or the cabin.

We have exterior cameras at the front door and back door to monitor the home when unoccupied. We keep them aimed straight down so they view the door area only. They are for security purposes. We will respect your privacy during your stay. The cameras are motion activated and record audio/video

Trash is never to be left outside. We have a bear proof trash bin located along the driveway. Please make sure trash is bagged, place inside and the bin is latched.

Game room is not heated. Space may too chilly to utilize in cold weather.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The family-friendly cabin also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
