Great location, terrible property manager

Arrived to property and there was no water. Property manager had shut off water to the property, leaving no instructions. After being on hold for forever, found the water in take. Once we restored water, hot water heater didn’t work…. Property manager turned that off too. Another round of hold (twice), hot water was restored after 24 hours. Property management never provided any compensation or support for this terrible experience. Will never use again.

Sugar Mountain Stay

This property was super clean and the views from the back deck were amazing!! We were so close to Sugar Mountain that we could see the people snowboarding and skiing!! The condo was fully equipped, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. We will definitely be staying there again!!
