Welcome to your ultimate mountain getaway at Snowlake Condominiums! Perfect for family vacations, ski trips, or a summer escape, this spacious four-bedroom, four-bath townhome offers comfort, style, and convenience just steps from the slopes and golf course at Sugar Mountain.

The condo’s western-inspired décor and thoughtful touches create a cozy, inviting retreat after a day of adventure. Two king bedrooms feature sweeping views of the lake, golf course, and Blue Ridge Mountains—one even includes a private deck for morning coffee or evening stargazing, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Two additional bedrooms each have twin beds (four total), plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, giving you plenty of space for family or groups. Each bedroom comes with its own full bathroom for comfort and privacy.

The open-concept main level is designed for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room featuring plush seating and a game table. Step out onto the main deck to take in peaceful views of the lake and golf course, or unwind with board games, puzzles, and cozy blankets provided throughout the home.

With unbeatable walkable access, you can reach the ski slopes, tubing hill, ice skating rink, or the first tee of Sugar Mountain Golf Course in just minutes. Banner Elk’s shops, restaurants, and breweries are a short drive away, making this an ideal all-season base for exploring the High Country.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs, washer/dryer, heating and A/C, dehumidifier (a rare and valuable upgrade in Snowlake condos), and starter packs of linens and toiletries. A cooler, beach chairs, and plenty of extra blankets are also provided for your comfort.

Please note: stairs are required, and per HOA rules, pets and grills are not allowed. Golf shoes and ski boots must be removed before entering the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay and the property itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience.The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is a small but avoidable issue with supplies. We were only provided two garbage bags for the entire stay. When we asked about it, we were told that only “starter amenities” were included and that we were expected to bring our own. That would have been fine if it had been clearly communicated ahead of time, especially since plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent were provided.A few extra garbage bags or clearer expectations upfront would have made this a perfect stay. Other than that, we were very happy and would recommend the property.
