This hotel has nice villas and very friendly staff, but the owner(s) need to invest in the facilities. It needs a facelift. For instance, villas' Fassa are getting rotten. Villas need better ventilation to control humidity in the rooms. Bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Sinks and showers' doors are acient, they leak, and smell.

I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold.

Leaking water from the toilet, I informed the front desk but no 9ne showed up to fix it. No hot water to shower, let the water run over 10 minutes, but still no hot water.
