Luego de haber realizado la reserva la noche antes ya que aparecía disponible, al llegar nos indicaron que no había disponibilidad. Espero que no haya ningún tipo de cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito

Perjuicio al cliente.

La reserva la realicé para dis habitaciones sin embargo en ningun momento me indicaron qué una de las cama era de tres plazas y tenia mayor precio. Y por ello no me concedieron el desayuno que estaba incluido. PÉSIMA COMUNICACION.
