apartment 7 - spacious lots of light - summer longer term let - with CH system

The apartment block was build around 15 years ago, Nick kept the modern yet traditional feel for the block and we only have 18 apartments here. My apartments has a modern interior with well made furniture and a feeling of Quality. Its quiet and peaceful with a great heating system and powerful shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom, and an outside balcony.
Summer I have moskito nets so you can open some windows and let the cool mountain air come in on the hot days and nights.
Its a North facing apartment with a view of the RIla mountains so is a great apartment for the the summer.
You have:-
your own Private Balcony,
The bedroom has an extra large kingsized bed and room for a camp bed if needed.
The lounge has 2 sofa s a dining table and 4 chairs, AND a curtained sleeping area around the bunk-beds, wardrobe shelves for your things.
The apartment has an amazing central heating system, a wetroom Bathroom with underfloor heating, AND lots of light coming in, it just floods with light.

POINT TO NOTE - you will be responsible for paying the elec bill and the water bill we will take a photo of the meter and I will send you the bill they send to me and you can go to easy pay and pay it direct.
Bedding is provided and washed ready for use, I do NOT iron bedding, infact I hate ironing, os let me know if you want ironed sheets and I leave you to do that job. :-) and wont put the sheets on the bed. If you dont care about ironed sheets I will make the beds up for you.
Before you arrive a video of the apartment has been made to check everything is in the property, when you leave another video will be done.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
