We had a great time! This house was close to everything we needed and was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Beautiful water view in the distance and ample space throughout the house! Awesome spot about 10min to downtown Bar Harbor!

Nice location but needs work

Amanda was very responsive to our needs. We ran out of hot water and a large leak in the basement. Amanda arranged for a plumber and a new hot water heater to be replaced the same day. However, the house had an extremely musty smell. The majority of the windows could not be opened for proper ventilation. We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom due to the smell. The overall cleanliness lacked in this property. Dirty towels left in the basement upon our arrival, Amanda was kind of enough to deliver fresh towels the following day. The location worked for our family.
