This place was perfect!!! Clean and nice smelling rooms. Restaurant on site that we had a nice breakfast every morning. Walking distance to sand bar and all the shops and restaurants. The best part was the staff. Brandon and McKenzie are charming, kind and so helpful. Our server Peter and front desk Daniel are wonderful too! Thank you for making our trip special

Wonderful hotel!

We had an amazing week here! The staff was so friendly and helpful with any question or request we had. The room was comfortable and clean, and cleaning service was prompt and thorough. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there were fresh-baked treats at the front desk every day. The location was great--easy to walk to almost anything in Bar Harbor and very close to the Sand Bar. Just a quick drive to Acadia National Park.

Easy to get to. Check-in quick. Dean at the desk was so friendly, gave helpful suggestions on what to do and eat. The hotel is new, very clean, pricey. Room beautiful exactly like their pictures. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast included. About 6 choices of dishes to pick from. We tried 4, different each morning, all were excellent! Food is fancier than your use to if your picky. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent! Our street is full of restaurants, shops, bike/kayak rentals so convenient. Just takes a couple minutes to walk to the end and be on Main St. This end of Main has more restaurants, shops, the harbor is right there. Can't beat the location! Two negatives: The building is on the street. Windows are not at all sound proof. You hear every vehicle and people talking as they walk by. Our room was 3 stories up, their top floor. At night it is worse when sound is magnified. Only put out the sign to have our room serviced once (4-night stay). Nothing was even done! The bed was definitely not changed since it wasn't even made. We only got new towels because I left all our used ones on the floor. Didn't realize a little sand stayed on our shoes after walking back from the land bridge to bar island. It got on the bathroom floor and the room of course was not vacuumed. We did ask at the desk if this was the norm they said they would inform management. We would definitely stay here again the location, great room and friendly staff is what was most important to us.

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations. There was fresh coffee, fruit, and cookies in the lobby. The bed was super comfortable and the room was modern and pleasant. The tub/shower wasn't anything luxurious, but was just fine for what we needed. Note that you are on the fringe of the loud touristy part of Bar Harbor, so you might want to request a non-street facing room on a higher floor if noise is a problem for you. However, even though we were on the second floor facing the street, with the AC running we slept just fine and weren't bothered by noise. The proximity though means that you're just steps from tons of restaurants, shops, and the land bridge to Bar Island when the tide is low!

Stop looking around and stay here

Very nice property. Cumfy beds, very clean and great parking. Best part about this hotel is the location. We could walk straight to the bar or straight to down town. Breakfast is included.Don't let the prices on the menu scare you because you don't have to pay that. Also, if you'd like to change some of the things on the menu, don't be afraid to ask, they're very accommodating.

This is a great hotel right in the downtown of bar harbor. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was good sized. Easily walkable to all of downtown activity and only a very short drive to Scadia!

Overall a great stay! They are brand new, so they’re still finding their way but doing a good job. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location for walking everywhere. Free parking is also great, although the garage is tight if you have an SUV or truck. The restaurant needs some help- staff and food is so-so, but with so many places to eat in Bar Harbor, that doesn’t matter. I would stay here again! Try the blueberry coffee they have at the front, you won’t regret it!

This place was really nice! Seemed very new and clean. The fresh desserts in the lobby were a nice added touch, as well as the self serve coffee bar! The breakfast was delicious as well!!! I would also say that if you are mostly staying in Bar Harbor for leisure activities, this is the perfect spot because it’s in walking distance for everything!!! great spot:)

The place was fine, that is really the issue. For the price decor should have been more consistent, staff could have been more helpful, etc., breakfast and coffee, meh. I suppose in Bar Harbor they are going to sell out regardless. There’s no motivation to step it up. Bed was great accordingly to partner. That’s something.
