Bad stay. Couldn’t sleep comfortably

The bed springs were very broken and it was so uncomfortable I ended up leaving in the middle of the night. They wouldn’t switch my room because I booked through hotels.com and they didn’t have another of that “room type” so I was stuck

The hotel was rather new. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The TV in the room was big. The bed was very comfortable. Now for the down side. The room was very small. Almost claustrophobic. There was no closet, no drawers and one ledge like table and one chair under the TV. If someone was sitting in the chair you couldn't get behind because of how close if was to the bed. The floor was vinyl not carpeted so it was cold. If you need a clean place and comfortable bed for a night or two max it's fine. It's extremely minimal in amenities. I would not stay there again.

Location was good. Hotel was clean. There was NO hot water during our stay and there was nothing done about it. Not fun with a family of 4 at a soccer tournament.

The hotel was in new condition. The 4th floor even smelled new. We were there for a dance competition at The Kalahari. It was a perfect hotel for that. There is no pool, but we didn’t have time to swim. The bed was super comfy, which was perfect, since we were exhausted. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was not big at all, but we weren’t there for very long, so that didn’t really matter. We checked out the rooftop patio, and that could definitely be enjoyable on a warm summer night.
