The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. There were so many things to do on this property you wouldn’t even have to leave. The water parks were awesome and great for all ages! Just ok...

Checking in was difficult as my name was not listed in the computer and the front desk was less than helpful. The room we stayed in was dusty and the towels were itchy. The outside garbage areas were packed at all times and the staff did not seem pleased to be working-no smiles, not friendly. The waterpark area was full, as to be expected at the time of the year, but the water was very cold. We did get extra toiletries as requested and all of the appliances worked except we couldn't get reception to access most of the tv channels. I'm indifferent on if we'd stay here again.
