Beautiful house with three bedrooms surrounded by 500 m2 with an olive grove is located right next to the village Sutivanac, only 20 kilometers from the beautiful pebble beaches on the east coast of Istria. The house can accommodate 6-8 people and consists of two apartments on two floors that are rented as one unit. On the ground floor there is a small apartment (about 47 m2) with an entrance terrace, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom with shower and toilet. An external staircase leads to the first floor with a furnished entrance terrace, a living room with a fireplace, air conditioning, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
