Private: property 3'500 m2 with lawn, orchard, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outdoor shower, terrace (18 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach 14 km. Riding stable 12.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our days despite the bad weather and made ourselves comfortable in the house. The hosts were easy to reach during our stay and super friendly. The garden is huge and fantastically beautiful with the pool and barbecue area. We can highly recommend it.

Es war einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Alles war tip top sauber. Viel Platz im Haus ubd vor allem im Aussenbereich. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, mit Apfelbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und Weinreben. Alles durften wir ernten. Es schmeckte extrem lecker. Das Beste an allem ist aber die traumhafte Ruhe, die man an diesem Ort hat. Kein Autolärm, keine störenden Nachbarn oder ähnliches. Wer es gerne ruhig hat, ist dort genau richtig. Der Aussenpool hat eine schöne Größe und ist auch, wie alles andere sehr gepflegt. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin Helen ist extrem nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Top Haus mit super Ausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Salzwasser-Pool ist ein Traum. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Leider war das Wetter nicht so prickelnd.

Zowel het huis als de eigenaars zijn top ! De centrale ligging in het midden van Istrië laat toe om het ganse schiereiland te bezoeken in uitstappen die max 1u rijden zijn. Het huis is volledig en perfect ingericht, en kraaknet. De eigenaars zijn zeer behulpzaam.

Das Haus an sich ist wirklich sehr sehr schön! Große Räume, eine top ausgestattete Küche, alles wirkt sehr neu und hochwertig! Das Grundstück selbst ist einfach nur umwerfend! Die Vermieter haben sehr viel Liebe in dieses Ferienhaus und das Grundstück gesteckt! Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich laden nicht nur zum Sonnen, sondern auch zum Verweilen und nächtelangem Sitzen ein. Alles in allem: absolut zu empfehlen! wir kommen jedenfalls wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv wurden wir überrascht, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab und der Pool nicht mit Chlor, sondern mit Salzwasser befüllt ist. Das hat vor allem unserem mit Neurodermitis geplagten Kind gut getan. Vermieter sind super nett!

We hadden een zalige vakantie! De eigenaars stellen alles in het werk om hun gasten een zorgeloze vakantie te bieden. Er stond een super verrassing klaar bij aankomst, ze hebben de moeite genomen om ons in het nabijgelegen natuurpark rond te leiden. Ze zijn steeds bereikbaar en informeren spontaan of alles naar wens is. We hopen nog eens terug te kunnen keren!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus auf einem riesigen Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Wunderschöner und kindgerechter Pool. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns zum Empfang eine große Käse-Wurst-Platte, Weintrauben und Getränke bereitgestellt haben. Die vorhandenen Obstbäume durften auch geerntet werden. Als einziges zu bemängeln ist von uns ein nicht vorhandener Sonnenschirm. Unser Urlaub war ein Traum und das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen.

Perfect house and wonderful pool

We visited Barban in autumn 2019 and needed accomodation for 5 people and 1 dog. The house is in a flawless condition. The rooms are large and full of light. The house is very well equipped and appealingly furnished. We have not missed anything. Everything was just perfect and as shown on the description photos. The keyholder was also very kind and helpful. We would surely book this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
