This fantastic villa can accommodate up to 12 people and features 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious garden and a large private swimming pool. Villa Tre Olive is perfectly equipped with everything a large family or a group of friends needs to relax, recharge their batteries under the Istrian sun and have fun.
A fully equipped kitchen and the dining and living areas are located on the open-plan ground floor.
Large windows let in plenty of natural light and, of course, offer a lovely view of the pool. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms, each with access to a terrace. All bedrooms offer guests a high level of comfort – they are all air-conditioned, have a TV and, like the rest of the villa, are tastefully furnished.
The villa’s garden offers plenty of space where you can let your mind wander. You’ll probably spend most of your time by the pool. It measures 60 m² and features a hydromassage area covering a further 9 m². Relax on sun loungers or in the covered lounge area on the terrace. A great feature for those who prefer to spend the whole day outdoors is the separate covered dining area with a charcoal barbecue, crockery and a fridge, which keeps drinks cool just a few steps from the pool.
There is a playground for the children, as well as space for volleyball, badminton or football, which everyone can enjoy.
The beautiful Villa Tre Olive is situated near Barban, a small village on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. On the one hand, the villa’s location guarantees a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the town; on the other, the town’s beaches and attractions are just a short drive away. Pula, Istria’s largest city, just around 27 kilometres from the villa, is world-famous for its impressive Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century when the Roman Emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world. As well as its cultural and historical treasures, Istria offers a unique culinary experience that is renowned throughout this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine and Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just a few of the many delicious gastronomic delights on offer. Istria offers a true taste of Mediterranean home-cooked cuisine. Istria is also home to one of Croatia’s national parks – Brijuni. It can be reached by boat from Fazana.
