Villa Giovanni is a charming country house set in a peaceful rural area on the outskirts of Barbate, Cádiz province. With 160 m² of interior space across two floors and a 1,250 m² plot, the villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



The villa features 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have fans. The showers are spacious and comfortable.



The outdoor area is one of the highlights: a private garden with pool, lounge area, and generous parking within the property.



The villa is located on a country lane surrounded by nature, about 8–10 minutes by car from the nearest beach. Having your own vehicle is essential to explore the area and make the most of the Cádiz coast.

Stunning house in rural location:

Pros: The house was stunning and didn’t fail, in any way shape or form. The whole experience was a fantastic family holiday. Cons: The only fault we had from our stay would only be a recommendation. The pool was cold and would be so much more enjoyable being heated.

Wer Ruhe sucht,wird hier fündig.

Pros: Traumhaft angelegter Garten.Der Pool war abends beleuchtet.Alles mediteran und gemütlich gestaltet. Der Vermieter war telefonisch immer sofort erreichbar, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Der Weg zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen ist mit dem Auto kein Problem.

Amazing outdoor space!!!

Fantastic location, house is extremely well equipped and so easy to make yourself at home, magnificent outdoor area with 3 different seating areas, hammock, large trampoline jacuzzi and lovely pool, everything of great quality. Great Communication with owner.
