Casa Antonia is a country house of about 120 m2 located in Zahora (Barbate district), it is a very quiet and family area, this house is affectionately named after my mother, where we enjoyed years of great happiness as a family.

As you can see in the photos, I have maintained the exterior design and the interior has been completely restored, making it really cozy, so that when you visit it, you feel at home.

As soon as you enter, you find an outdoor patio and a covered porch of about 40m2, ideal for getting some fresh air, sun and enjoying a good meal or barbecue with the family.
The stone barbecue only allows the use of charcoal, please do not use firewood, as it would damage the structure.

The firewood for the fireplace is supplied free of charge in autumn and winter. Please feel free to use it, I advise you to leave a small stock on the porch for your daily use, firewood is often infested with small animals, such as termites, and can become a nuisance for you and the house.

The small, covered porch is equipped with a teak table and chairs, there is a small ramp to the porch for people with reduced mobility or to make it easier for parents to enter with a baby stroller or shopping.

Welcome to Casa Antonia, you are now in the open-plan, very cozy and spacious living room, with a fireplace, a 3000-calorie air conditioning unit and heating, installed in March 2024.

The SMART TV is 55 ", acquired in March 2024, it is adapted to connect to the channels of your country. Perfect for Spanish or foreign visitors, it is a very appreciated service especially by the client with a longer stay.
The WIFI internet connection (fiber optic) is quite good, perfect for working.

In the living room, orange tones predominate with 2 leatherette sofas, one with 3 and the other with 2 seats, bottle green. I have given special attention to the personalized decoration and comfort so that you feel at home.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a rustic brick American bar, fully equipped with basic appliances, refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, smoke extractor.
It has all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, two types of coffee makers, toaster, water heater, mixer, juicer, iron.

Casa Antonia has 2 bedrooms and 2 closets with large beds and 1 office, with a sofa bed.

It accommodates 4 adults perfectly. The sofa bed is an extra, perfect for the little ones in the family.

The main room has a second 3000 calorie air conditioning unit and heating installed. It is next to the office.

The office consists of a small desk perfect for working, with a mobile heater, to keep warm in winter, it also has a fairly comfortable 120 cm sofa bed, ideal for the little one in the family or an adult, each one can use it as they need.
I always used it as an office, in the desk, the router is installed, fiber optic with a very good connection, ideal for those people who work online for a short or long period.

Summers are hot, but the house is cool, according to customer comments, they hardly need to use the air conditioning.

Winters, on the other hand (December, January and February), are usually cooler and more humid, and the sea borders Cape Trafalgar. It is necessary, but also pleasant, to ventilate the house for about 10 minutes in the morning, to renew the fresh air and breathe, then turn on the fireplace or the heating, the house heats up quickly.

Spring and autumn are obviously humid seasons but also warm ones.

Sheets, bath towels and blankets are also included, washed at 60° at each change of client, if you prefer, you can bring your own, although you can have the peace of mind of sleeping on clean sheets.

All windows have mosquito nets, they were changed in 2020, I advise you to always keep them closed. The entrance to the house has curtains (let's avoid annoying mosquitoes typical of summer).

The bathroom is very lively, it has been restored in March 2021, I have adapted it for people with reduced mobility and access with a sliding door, it has everything you need, a hairdryer, with a clean filter after each change of client, a first aid kit and of course, the shower with a single-level plate.
The washing machine and dryer are located in an outside room on one side of the house, which is also the drying area. You can also use a mobile drying rack.

In this area of ​​the house, there is an outside shower, ideal for cooling off with very cold well water when you return from the beach, which by the way, is a 10-minute walk away and is a well-signposted rural walk that takes you directly to Zahora beach, Sajorami Beach, Chiringuito de Juan, Amarna, located right on the beach, where in addition to enjoying an unforgettable and guaranteed sunset, you can also enjoy live music and why not a mojito or an aperitif.

Watch out in Zahora! January and February are months when hotel staff are off and many restaurants close. It is a time of fireplace and calm, you can enjoy long, quiet walks along the wonderful beaches of this land, hiking in La Breña, mountain biking, surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing.

You can travel by bike along the cycle path that connects all the districts and towns from Conil to Barbate, a perfect place for lovers of hiking and cycling, a rural and quiet location where you can enjoy the sea and nature.

Visit our charming historic towns such as Vejer de la Frontera, Barbate, Conil de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa... it is worth visiting and tasting the excellent cuisine of the province of Cadiz and its national historical and artistic complex. You will not be disappointed.

Casa Antonia is located in a very quiet, family-friendly but central area, on a dead-end road, so vehicle traffic is minimal.
