The enclosed garden is a real asset to the house. You will enjoy having your breakfast on the terrace, preparing delicious barbecue grills or relaxing in the sun whilst the children play. A zen corner with a fountain and rockery offers an ideal space to retreat and enjoy a moment of peace.



Inside, the very well-equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. It opens onto the dining room, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The house also has two lounges: the first for chatting over a coffee or reading a good book, the second for relaxing in front of the television.



In the evening, enjoy the comfort of one of the 4 bedrooms:
