Apartment 'Appartement Face Mer 50m Plage' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is completely independent and has a balcony overlooking the ocean, an outdoor space with terrace and barbecue. Situated 50 meters from the beach, with direct access, the apartment is available all year round for your stays, weekends and weeks, and can accommodate 8 people.



The apartment

113m2 seafront apartment with sea-view balcony, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), spacious living room with ocean views, large bedrooms with very recent bedding.



Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 200

Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200

Bedroom 3: 4 single beds 90 x 200.



1 large 2-seater sofa-bed for up to 10 people.







IMPORTANT:

The bedding is protected by a draw sheet, we ask each traveler to install his bedding in the following way, put :

-disposable undersheet (available in the apartment)

-fitted sheet

-comforter cover

-disposable pillow case (available in the apartment) + pillow cover



Travelers are responsible for bringing their own bedding.

Bedding rental available:

-double bed kit: 12.00/stay

-single bed kit: 6.00/stay

Each kit contains all the necessary bedding (fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase(s)).

Any damage to the bedding will be charged to the tenant. On departure, the accommodation must be tidied up, swept or vacuumed with the vacuum cleaner provided and, above all, mopped.



VILLAGE INSURANCE Compulsory, document to be requested from your insurer and presented on arrival.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
