On the ground floor (accessed by 6 steps): living/dining room/kitchen, a first bedroom (1 queen bed), a shower room and a separate WC. On the garden level (accessed by a spiral staircase): a bedroom (2 twin beds that can be joined). Wi-Fi. Outside, a 15m² wooden terrace at the front of the house and a [hidden]m² enclosed garden with trees and a paved patio (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers). Private parking. Secure shelter for bicycles or storage available. Sailing club, departures for Île d'Yeu 3km away, swimming pool 8km away. Bus service: connection to La Roche-sur-Yon [hidden]m away.
