 architect house, spacious, recent 2009, very clear. each room has its cabinet. bedding is new. The workshop has two bikes, the workshop overlooks the kitchen access to the sea is on foot by a path and a driveway through the wood. the trip is pleasant and secure the beach is large, gently sloping and very family. dunes and woods offer beautiful walks without the need to take the car

Lovely gite in great location

This is a spacious property and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with its lovely parasol and table and chairs. We ate all our meals there. It’s well equipped and we were greeted by the friendly and very helpful owners. Noirmoutier itself offers lots to explore, lots of beaches, one within a few minutes walk from the house. The bikes were great fun and we enjoyed cycling to the bakers and hiring a tandem down the road for a long day cycling around the island. Beautiful scenery and hot and sunny weather all combined for a memorable week.

Very lovely stay

We had a great week’s holiday at Christelle and Denis’s house in Barbatre. They were charming and took time to explain everything and make us feel at home. The area is very quiet, and the calm was appreciated. Its ideal if you’re looking for some peace. The beach facing the ocean was within walking distance but quite windy, however a 15-minute drive took us to the more sheltered beaches of the bay. The house was very lovely, furnished with taste and everything was just as described. We loved the outside spaces and especially the walled garden for its flowers, shade, privacy and was perfect for our evening meals outside. A very relaxing holiday, in a charming house.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Bäcker und Supermarkt war mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Zum Strand war es ein Spaziergang von ca. 5 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlose Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Sehr gute Infrastruktur mit zwei Toiletten, zwei Bädern, Außendusche, zwei Strand-Fahrrädern und neuwertigem Weber-Kohle-Grill. Bäcker und Supermarkt im Ortszentrum ca 2 km. Auf der Insel fast ausschließlich französische Touristen, kein Schick-Micki, alles entspannt, frischeste Miesmuscheln und Austern.

Calme, entre plages et commerces

Séjour agréable entre amis

Maison agréable et bien tenue, idéale pour une famille avec enfants (suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée, 2 chambres plus petites à l'étage). Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été diligents et efficaces. Nous avons passé toutes nos soirées dans le patio, à l'arrière, et ce fut très agréable. Belles balades dans la forêt littorale, qui offre l'un plus beaux poumons verts de l'Île.

Agréable séjour à Noirmoutier

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est charmante, propre, lumineuse, bien décorée et bien équipée. A noter qu’elle est mitoyenne des 2 cotés donc très proche du voisinage mais le quartier est relativement calme.

Charmante maison lumineuse et très propre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien entretenue, équipée et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est très agréable et les trois chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La plage de la Barbâtre à proximité (environ 1km à pieds en passant notamment par un joli chemin dans la forêt) est vaste, peu fréquentée, et en pente douce, très appréciable pour de jeunes enfants.

Je conseille cet hébergement. Nous avons vécu 15 jours dans cette maison avec 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). Calme, proximité avec la forêt, la plage et les commerces, un emplacement voiture, 3 chambres disponibles, terrasse sont les atouts de cette maison.

Après un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, nous avons découvert la location et sommes tombés sous son charme. Tout y était réuni pour y passer un agréable séjour dans un cadre agréable et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pleinement profité, merci à la météo clémente...: . de l agréable terrasse située à l'arrière de la maison et de son olivier . des fruits du figuier...un plus pour les gourmands que nous sommes... . des belles balades sur l Île grâce aux vélos aimablement prêtés par Christelle et Denis . De la pêche aux palourdes sur les conseils avisés de Denis Que du bonheur ! En résumé une excellente adresse à conserver et à partager. Sylvie et Michel

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier zu Hause fühlen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ganz wunderbar fanden wir die Terasse und den vorderen Außenbereich. In der Hausbeschreibung wird die Bettgröße erwähnt. Wer groß ist, sollte hier noch einmal genau hinschauen, sonst könnte es vielleicht unbequem werden. Große Empfehlung, wir können uns gut vorstellen, einmal wieder hier Urlaub zu machen!

Erstklassige Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt In Barbartre. Die Ferienwohnung liegt gleich hinter den Dünen und dem kleinen Pinienwald, in ruhiger Umgebung und strandnah. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und exzellent ausgestattet, inklusive Internet. Es fehlt an nichts! Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man das Zentrum von Barbatre in max. 10 Minuten, mit Bäcker, Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
