Gite on 3 levels (access from the car park by steps), in the house adjoining that of the owners. Ground floor: a living room (sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm - connected television and free access to video platforms...), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: a large mezzanine overlooking the living room including a living room-kitchen, a children's area (games, toys), a 2nd mezzanine under the slope (access by a miller's ladder - 1 double bed 140x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (2 bunk beds 80x190 cm and 1 single drawer bed 80x190 cm, 1 bed for children only / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with work desk), a bathroom (shower and WC). Sheltered terrace. Garden with children's games and swimming pool (heated and shared with the owners). On the heights of Barberaz, 2 km from the shops, in a residential area, superb fenced property, planted with trees and flowers shared with the owners, including a natural pond, a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m x 2m - access conditions to be discussed with the owners), and a children's play area (cabin, climbing wall, slide, sandpit and swing). Sheltered terrace with gas plancha. All-inclusive services. Private parking for 4 cars. Electric charging point in the owner's garage. 4 km from Chambéry and 2 km from local shops, beautiful fenced property with a magnificent garden, a heated swimming pool and a special area for children! On the foothills of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park, ideal base for a weekend, a short stay or a week to discover the region in all seasons. In summer, supervised swimming at the Challes les Eaux lake 7 km away, Lac du Bourget 15 km away or Lac d'Aiguebelette 19 km away. An exceptional place to discover the region in all its facets.
