Very nice location!

We enjoyed our stay here. The BBQ grill and the pizza oven is a nice place to meet the other families in the evening and enjoy the sun set. The pool was cold but very good during the hot weather. Our daughter (5y) was all the time swimming. The pool has a small area for non swimmers.

Een heerlijk huis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Alle ramen hebben horren dus geen last van muggen. Het zwembad is heerlijk met een mooi uitzicht. Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijke familie die iedere woensdag trakteert op een pizza party. Vanaf het huis heb je mogelijkheden om Florence, Bologna en Lucca te bezoeken. We hopen nog eens terug te keren.

Schön, aber laut

Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung war toll und ausreichend ausgestattet. Auch der Pool war sehr schön und ausreichend groß, wenn nicht alle Parteien gleichzeitig dort waren. Super war der Pizza-Abend vom Vermieter. Negativ: Schlechtes WLAN (ärgerlich, wenn man mit Teenagern unterwegs ist) und Lärm von der nahen Autobahn. Das Schlimmste waren aber die kläffenden Hunde im Ort, die man ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 morgens) bis spät in die Nacht gehört hat. Da man im Süden ja meist mit offenem Fenster schläft (Klimaanlage hatte die Ferienwohnung nicht), kann das wirklich nerven. Für den Lärm kann der Vermieter nichts, aber die Info kann für den ein oder anderen schon hilfreich sein. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem eine gute Zeit!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Eine ordentliche saubere Unterkunft, bei der man sieht, dass sie mit Liebe gebaut wurde. Ein schönes Pizza-Abendessen mit den Eigentümern am Steinofenkamin/Grillplatz war ein gelungener Abschluss für einen Urlaub mit tollen Ausfläügen in die Umgebung, aber auch Chill-Out am Pool

Het appartement was comfortabel grote slaapkamers met ventilatoren aan het plafond en twee nette badkamers. De woonkamer/keuken was ruim. Afhankelijk van wel appartement je had had je veel of weinig schaduw. De ruimte buiten was relatief klein. Het tuinmeubilair vonden we niet erg fijn zitten. Op donderdagavond was er een pizza-avond. Hierbij waren niet alleen de gasten uitgenodigd, maar ook familie, vrienden en kennissen van de eigenaar. Het was een gezellige avond. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Het dorp zelf stelt weinig voor, maar je kunt er wel lekker eten. Je hoort jammergenoeg wel het verkeer door het dorp gaan. In de verte is de snelweg zichtbaar. Hier hadden we geen last van. Er zijn 10 appartementen. Er waren voornamelijk Nederlandse gasten. Veelal zonder of met oudere kinderen. Iedere dag komt de bakker rond 945 u langs met brood (behalve op zondagen).

Bij aankomst bleken wij de enige gasten te zijn in het appartementen complex. Het was weliswaar in de herfstvakantie en het zwembad was al dicht omdat het te koud was. Wel een mooi huisje en schoon.
