Located a few hundred meters from an ancient Roman road and close to a Romanesque church dating back to the fifth century, the property is just outside Tavarnelle (you can get to the center just on foot) yet surrounded by the famous Chianti hills that have made Tuscany famous all over the world.
It's nestled on a mantle of fresh grass, where the smell of lavender and roses is combined in a unique fragrance.
The estate, born from the restoration of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, consists of 6 charming apartments with a garden and a large pool in common, which will ensure a wonderful stay for all the guests.
4 apartments are located in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, in the main Villa, 2 apartments are located completely on the ground floor, while the other 4 has two separate floors.
Each accommodation shares a big swimming pool (10 x 18 mt.) and ensures a unique view over the hills of Tuscany and is equipped with all comforts: kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Given the location in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, it is preferable to use your own vehicle, but it is still possible to reach large cities such as Florence by public transport.

The Country Resort is located in the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, a short walk from restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets and banks.
Being in the heart of Chianti it is located in a strategic position that allows you to visit all the most important sites of Tuscany. Florence is at a distance of about 30 km, Siena at 45 km, San Gimignano at 30 km, Pisa at 90 km, and Volterra at 50 km.

The nearest towns are the medieval Barberino Val d'Elsa, Greve in Chianti, the "capital" of Chianti wine, and Certaldo, the birthplace of Giovanni Boccaccio.

The big swimming pool (10 x 18 mt.) is open from 15 April to 15 October

An internal parking is available to all guests of the structure, it is possible to recharge electric cars in the nearby company of the same owner (only upon request made in advance).

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This apartment for rent is decorated with taste and elegance and located on the first floor of the main farmhouse.
On the first floor there is a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas, that leads into the completely equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine at Guest disposal.
On the same floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and 2 bathrooms with shower. Thanks to an easily accessible wooden staircase, situated in a corner of the kitchen, it is possible to reach the above floor, the dovecote or 'pigeon loft', originally used to host the doves and pigeons of the farm. Here is located the third room with twin beds.
Part of this apartment is also a small private garden with barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy dinner and breakfast outdoors during your holiday.
