Agriturismo consisting of two farms with communal swimming pool in the heart of the Chianti region

On two hills, situated opposite the manor house, lie the farms of Poderi Montarsiccio and Ticciaia with their beautiful buildings, which have been recently restored and are ideally suited to agriturismo. In total, there are eleven apartments on the two farms, all with private garden and own entrances. They have been constructed on two storeys in order to guarantee the privacy of the fifty guests that can be accommodated there.

For guests, a visit to the vineyards and wine cellar including wine tasting (Chianti Classico and Extra Virgin Olive Oil) can be organised. Furthermore, there is a 10% discount on the products for guests.

The swimming pool (14 x 7 metres) is available to all guests from June until September. It is about 800m away from the holiday homes and is situated in absolute silence among the olive groves. Once a week, the pool will remain open till midnight, staged and illuminated with torches.

A grill/barbecue area with a wood stove is available for guests of the agriturismo. In addition, there is a washing and drying room as well as a telephone and fax service at the reception. Our little (young) guests have their own area dedicated to them, with tennis tables and other outdoor play equipment. At the reception, you can, upon request, obtain all the necessary information to organise your cultural visits or excursions into the countryside and make the most of your leisure time.

Our farmhouse is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves halfway between Siena and Florence. The Siena-Florence motorway is easily accessible and our flats are the ideal starting point for exploring the characteristic villages of Chianti such as Castellina, Greve, Panzano and Radda in Chianti, the art cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and Florence, the enchanting beaches of Tuscany and the beautiful region of Val d'Orcia in southern Tuscany. Day trips are possible to Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia

On the ground floor are the kitchen and living room with access to the veranda. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with tub, another bedroom with two beds and two small beds on an open mezzanine and a second bathroom.
