Independent Luxury Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi in the Chianti Region

Independent residence of 12 beds composed of a main building and an annexe.
From the avenue of access surrounded by cypresses, oaks, olive trees, flowering shrubs and lemon trees, you arrive at the Villa. The villa features a veranda, stone floors and a sofa. From the veranda there is access to the ground floor where we find the billiard room with corner bar, main kitchen, dining room and TV room. The floor and the furnishings are of precious wood in black and white and offer a pleasant and harmonious contrast to the environment.
Through the stone staircase, you reach the first floor of the villa, where you will find a spacious living room with wooden beamed ceilings and large sofas. On this floor there are also 4 bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
The annexe has a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The annexe is not equipped with air conditioning.
The pool with jacuzzi completes the idyllic setting of this villa. Going down the stone steps, through the scented garden you will come to the pool, ideal for relaxing and refreshing yourself in the hot summer days.
Finally there is the SPA, whose entrance is at the back of the villa. The SPA is located on the basement of the Villa, and features a Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.
