Casa ben fornita, efficiente e carina. Il proprietario pur non essendoci è risultato sempre premuroso e pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Peccato che occorre fare 60 gradini per entrare nell'appartamento e che non era indicato che non venivano fornite lenzuola ed asciugamani.

Vacances familiales + ski

Appartement en duplex charmant, très fonctionnel et idéalement placé, à la fois pour découvrir Barcelonnette et pour utiliser les navettes pour aller skier. Nous avions une voiture 9 places que nous avons toujours pu garer. Hôte très arrangeant. Attention si vous avez des problèmes articulatoires (ce qui n'est pas notre cas) il y a de nombreux escaliers pour parvenir à l'appartement. Mais nous avions deux enfants en bas âge et nous avons pu nous débrouiller aisément. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelonnette dans l'appartement d'Alain. Le logement est très bien placé, au calme, fonctionnel avec tout à disposition ! Séjour agréable, appartement bien meublé, atypique sous les toits en centre ville. Tenir compte des escaliers à monter après les rando😉. Le plus : les deux salles de bains, pratique en famille avec des ados. Très bon contact.

Alain est un propriétaire très agréable. Une fois passé les 3 étages et1/2 l’appartement est idéalement situé bien décoré et très bien équipé. Nous renouvellerions volontiers l’experience .

Appartement tout confort - Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement où il ne manque rien (ça va de la cuisine équipée à l'électroménager, en passant par la vaisselle et la literie, tout est nickel) - Refait à neuf, très propre, très agréable, calme et très bien situé (centre piétonnier de Barcelonnette), aussi bien pour l'été comme pour l'hiver (proche des stations, avec navettes, de Pra Loup, le Sauze...), beaucoup de balades à faire dans les environs (cols, plans d'eau...) Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très à l'écoute (a même pris de nos nouvelles durant notre séjour), très sérieux (dommage qu'on ne l'ait pas rencontré). Sincèrement rien à reprocher. Nous recommandons à 200 %. Nous avons passé des vacances plus que parfaites.
