Definitely not recommended. From check in with the rude reception staff this was a unfriendly, unpleasurable experience. Firstly they demanded €100 (cash only obviously!) deposit. We were then given the keys to a shabby caravan (no air con - 38o outside) but managed to upgrade to air con caravan(additional charge of course). Not bad to say we booked a bungalow. No bedding - another €27 for tired old sheets with holes in them. The entertainment was a joke, unless you count the growling mafia type patrolling car park.
The swimming pools looked okay. We weren't actually allowed in the water because we didn't have swimming caps. Silly me leaving my swimming cap at home - and to think I always bring mine with me usually. Still the lothario lifeguard enjoyed ogling my 18 & 20 year old daughters rather than actually doing his job.
The check out procedure was also drawn out. Getting the €100 deposit back was troublesome. We made the crime of leaving the bit of paper in caravan bin. Thought the key would be sufficient. We were ordered back to our caravan to go through a filthy rubbish bin - thank you for your understanding Cisano staff. Eventually we got our €100.
