The staff was very friendly and nice, the hotel was cute and quaint. The bed was very comfortable. The little bar downstairs was cute, and nice to be able to watch football there.

I enjoyed this hotel largely because of the decor which was distillery focused. Unlike so many of the chain hotels, the decor represented the location. Also, breakfast was exceptional.

The distill Inn is advertised as pet friendly. However, it is not so. When I first checked in, I had to sign no less than four different papers because I had two dogs. They have postings up that imply their guest sneak pets in and or later charged a greater amount of money because they did sneak them in. I however told them right up front. I had two dogs and even though I followed their instructions. I was still charged $250 over the cost of the room. These people really are not pet friendly. Furthermore, the air conditioning was incredibly poor. I was told it’s too hot outside in the air conditioner could not keep up..
